Toronto as a city to call home?

IMG_4517
As a 24 year old  guy full of passions , excitement, and LOVE to travel and experience life in different places. I Moved to canada 2014  to start life in a western country ( as I always wanted ) that offer  better rights, opprtuinites, beautiful passport   to travel  and explore. So I decided to write a bit about the positive and negative aspects of  my personal experience living in Toronto and I hope to be accurate and expressive  to describe how almost two years out of my life have passed for me here.

Toronto is a beautiful North American city that offer lot starting from big green parks , nice waterfront, bike routes, better paid jobs, cleaner air comparing to many other cities and lot of services. The city is well organized, got this interesting scenery  look of high tall condos, businesses and  histroic wooden victorian houses !

Toronto offers lot of goodness. it feels here like a big green  city surrounded by big national  parks , canoeing and camping activities , nature explorations,Niagara falls, That is guaranteed

BUT  there is  an aspect that confused me a lot and made me calculate again whether this is a city I should proceed building my life at or leave it behind , here are my thoughts :

1-  cold weather warning ⚠️

expect a Cold weather and cover yourself well cause Winter in Canada generally is a thing, people stay low key, less interactions and more anticipation towards sunnier days.

2- socially Cold People ( uninteractive behavior )
I always knew how cold weather can be here, and I am not going to complain about it , I actually wouldnt mind it aside with some warmth from people spirit. This can be a chapter just explaining the awkwardness this city got me on the social, and building your own group of people aspect. I am not sure why everyone sound  busy and no one have time for a thing.  People are from everywhere ( multi cultured) but not really cultured . It’s an awkward equation and I know, ðŸ˜‚  . The city ðŸŒƒ looks like a Dream of a future city , 76 , 92 stories high buildings connected with a metro system and almost an underground city that keep Torontonians warm even safer( so cool HA! ) But
no scense of homecoming yet

!

3 – MONEY ðŸ’° is the drive that make the society function. When it comes to Toronto, expect to live in a multi cultured uncultured city .i don’t want to say multi culturiesm lost all its hopes but people here need more passion to live and inspire .
4- almost a robotic society , dating is awkward and sorry!
people barley  make eye contact here . I am now 28 years old good looking guy , love life and fit , into music, nature exploring, music festivals, beaches, biking, body building , massage therapy, I drink, smoke weed, I am chilled ! yet I never felt others open up on any emotionl either friendship  level in this city …an experience i never understood why I got it. Rounding with people that match you up, a friend , a funny companion , How beautiful that can be ! but how in Toronto ? why icy as fuck ?

it’s just mind boggling to me to wake up everyday and witness how much stuff this beautiful city can offer, how vast, organized  and cool looking it is  , but how much it lack spirit . My mom used to tell me  no  heaven without people .

if you agree or disagree with me please reply back stating your opinion thank you
